The Repair Process

Our typical Repair Process is as follows:

  • Estimate is Prepared
  • Owner signs Repair Authorization
  • Insurance Negotiations are completed
  • Parts are ordered
  • Parts are received
  • Estimated Completion Date is given
  • Vehicle is disassembled and re-inspected
  • Repair Work performed:
    • Structural and Body Repairs
    • New panels prepared/installed
    • Priming, Sealing, & Corrosion Protection
  • Vehicle inspected then ready for Paint
  • Vehicle receives Multi-step refinishing process
  • Repairs/Re-assembly are finalized
  • Vehicle is cleaned
  • Customer is notified with ready date
